If you have cellulite and you tried to get rid of it chances are that you didn’t manage to get rid of cellulite. You have probably also tried some very expensive creams but with no long-term result.

Some women are afraid of this word: cellulite. No matter if you are a thin or not cellulite can affect your appearance. Most people don’t know this and think that only fat or overweight people have cellulite.

Having cellulite makes you feel fat. Men suffer from cellulite related problems too but not as much as women do. The do-it yourself solution to get rid of cellulite is using a home remedy. What can be better? Common household ingredients can help you achieve what expensive products advertised on TV only promise you they can do. There are many of these “Get rid of cellulite” home remedies but only few work. I will present the three natural home remedies for cellulite that are deadly effective.

1. Cellulite massage oil. Massage your skin in the desired location using a circular motion. This will help with your poor circulation and thus your body will break up fat cells faster. Your skin will regain its youthful appearance. Oil yourself twice a day. You will soon see how your skin is more smooth and firm. To make a good massage oil you need Almond , Geranium and Juniper Berry Oil. Mix together six drops of juniper berry oil with two table spoons of almond oil and six drops of juniper berry oil. Massage the area of your body that has cellulite with this oil. Using enough pressure do circular motions making sure you smooth the oil into your skin.

2.Coffee grounds. If you’re not sensible to coffee then apply it to your problem areas. It will show on your skin and it will become tighter and smoother. Careful while applying the warm coffee grounds. If you’re not careful it can get messy. Always have a towel under you and for about 16 minutes leave the coffee in the desired region. After this rinse the coffee grounds off.

3.Mix the above two home remedies for faster results.

Doing squats and leg raises will help you reduce cellulite. You can loose cellulite fast but it also depends on how fit you are. To begin with start with 42 of the following leg exercises. As you progress you will feel when you’re ready to increase the training and do more exercises.

However, doing only isolated exercise won’t help you get rid of cellulite. You also need diet and a complete body workout too. Having a proper healthy diet will help ease your progress. A natural diet means you have to eliminate all food that contains artificial flavors, additives, preservatives and so on. To accelerate the process even further spend some minutes every day before taking a bath brushing dry skin, have a cellulite massage and make sure you drink plenty of water.

Brushing the dry skin works because this way you also increase your blood circulation. Cellulite massage helps by moving the toxins from a specific part of your body and evenly distributing them in the massaged zone. Now, in order for your body to flush out these toxins you need to drink lots of water and various herbal teas.

The trapped toxins from your body are one of the main cause of cellulite. Flushing them out of your system will also help you get rid of cellulite. Therefore the removal of cellulite is a very easy natural process that you need to dedicate to.

Can I get rid of cellulite by doing exercise?
The answer is yes. Yes, you can if you really want to. If you plan to get rid of it then exercise is a must. But before we get more into this let’s see what exactly cellulite is.

The orange peel skin and that lumpiness appearance of cellulite is caused by fat surplus that distort the connective tissues and push them deep beneath your skin. It doesn’t matter if you’re fat or slim, thin people can also have cellulite. This happens because of how cellulite forms. The connective and fat tissue form in the same way for all of us. Getting rid of cellulite is connected to loosing fat. First you need to loose fat and then you will get rid of your cellulite by toning your muscles. With exercise you will also tighten your skin.

Exercises that help you get rid of cellulite
As I explained above you can get rid of cellulite naturally with exercise. You should have an exercise routine more focused on toning muscle and burning fat if you want to really reduce the appearance of cellulite. Doing these exercises regularly will smooth and also tighten the areas where cellulite is.

Loosing body fat from an isolated region of your body requires a full body workout. You might be tented to think otherwise. It’s a common mistake to think that isolated workout done on a specific region of your body will help loose fat faster in that region.

Always begin your workout by doing some stretching. Then do aerobic (cycling, jogging, walking, swimming, or others) and strength training (lift weights, or do some resistance training). Remember: do a full body workout and then do some extra workout on the zone where the cellulite is. Do the exercises as part of a 30 minute routine which you repeat 3 times a week. For added effect and to avoid getting used to the routine mix up your exercises a little.

Exercise might not be enough though. Always combine it with a healthy and balanced diet. Don’t exagerate with it though. Don’t eat just certain types of food that you’ve heard will help get rid off cellulite. Don’t starve yourself either. Make sure you have a balanced diet.

Anti cellulite creams supply the nutrients your body needs in order to help reduce fat cells below the skin surface and create a smoother and firmer skin. Personally I like to apply my anti cellulite cream right after a morning shower, before bed or after my work-out routine.

Accumulation of body fat results in high blood pressure, joint pains, arthritis and others. Body fat can also lead to obesity. Always know what you eat and don’t exaggerate. Elaborate meals and little or no exercise makes us more vulnerable to gaining more body fat.

On the other hand irregular eating and snacking combined with physical exercise will help you loose the accumulated fat. You don’t need to try any of the programs you see on TV, loosing weight is just around the corner. Drink lots of water, do plenty of exercise and have balanced meals. Stay away from weight loss products like pills, or suppressants for your appetite because in the long run they do more good than bad.

In our generation machines do most of the physical works. But in the midst of all these, you can still be slim and attractive, live healthy and feel good about yourself if you take care to vary the quantity of food you eat at different meals and space them irregularly.
